Valid Reason for Exchange & Return

Return or exchange requests will be accepted ONLY under the following condition:

• The product received is damaged (manufacturing defect or transit damage)

No other reasons will be considered valid.

Important Conditions

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

• A complete unboxing video is mandatory to support the claim.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

• Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

• Damaged products are eligible for exchange only, subject to availability.

• Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

• A ₹200 restocking and handling fee will be applicable on approved exchanges.

Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only for damaged products.

• Refunds are not applicable unless specifically approved after inspection.

• If approved, refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable charges.
  

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
