Valid Reason for Exchange & Return
Return or exchange requests will be accepted ONLY under the following condition:

The product received is damaged (manufacturing defect or transit damage)
No other reasons will be considered valid.
Important Conditions

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory to support the claim.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy

Damaged products are eligible for exchange only, subject to availability.

Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

A ₹200 restocking and handling fee will be applicable on approved exchanges.
Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged products.

Refunds are not applicable unless specifically approved after inspection.

If approved, refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable charges.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
